I know Real Estate. I am an advocate for Home Ownership. I do that by working with one of the biggest organizations in the country The National Association of Realtors, who support legislation that helps homeowners. I keep current on programs, information and market data with regards to real estate. I help future and current homeowners with their Real Estate needs. I am a Realtor!
I relocated to Florida from Long Island New York June of 2013 and have never looked back. Having been born and raised on Long Island I thought it would be a hard move, but was proven wrong. I love living where I can play golf, go boating, kayaking or horseback riding, enjoy the beach and my pool, dine outside or just take a walk almost any time of the year. It's a pleasure driving without the heavy traffic and pot holes often encountered on Long Island. There are things I miss, like a good bagel, but it's a small price to pay. Plus, it's just a quick flight away for those that have family they want to see.
I also love selling Real Estate in Florida. It is a much quicker process than in New York, with most closings happening in 30 days. The taxes on homes are lower as are the prices. There is also a slew of new construction homes available, along with many renovated older homes. Although it's a great place to retire it's also great for families with A rated schools in the area, plenty of outdoor activities and a growing economy.
I believe in education and giving back to the community. I am currently on the board of The Women's Council of Realtors St Lucie County, a member of the Community Outreach Committee for the local Realtor organization Broward, Palm Beaches & St Lucie Realtors and on the board of my local HOA where I currently reside. I am a past member of the Regional Board of Broward, Palm Beaches & St Lucie Realtors, Past Chair of the Community Outreach Committee and a graduate of their Leadership Academy. I have earned many certifications and designations from the National Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, Negotiation Expert and Builders Association. I am constantly learning because the more I know and the more contacts I make the better I am at serving you.
